"THEY LOST MY ORDER! I had made an order online back in March and had it delivered to this location. It arrived there but the store shut down due to COVID before I could get my order. It's June and the store is open again. Each time I called the location about my order I was on hold for over 15 minutes or the associate did not answer my questions. I was able to reach a decent associate that informed me that they cannot find the order, all orders have been picked up, and that I would have to call CS to get a refund. ( They lost or someone stole my order ) I called corporate and the associate confirmed that the order was shipped to that location. Eventually, I got a refund on my order."

"If I could give this place a zero I would. I've spent a lot money at this place in Pearland Town Center. First, my daughter applied for a job and during Spring break she called to inquire about the job and the manager Tiffany was so rude a d hung up on her. I drove to that store and asked to speak to her. When she finally came out I told her how rude she was and she gave some lame answer but she told my daughter to come in for an interview that next week. When we arrived I shopped and my daughter waited. She was talking to another applicant. When that applicant came out she told my daughter that Tiffany was talking about my daughter and I. Who does that? Nor a professional. I've been in management my whole career and during an interview you don't talk about other potential employees. Nevertheless my daughter didn't get the job. I'm so disgusted with this company. I know that this store still needs help but I wouldn't recommend any young black lady to apply or shop in this store. I hope I've gotten someone's attention that has possibly been treated as unfair as my daughter. Never again will I come back to this place."
