"experience. Never asked if I would be using a GoodRx Coupon then attempted to not let me use it in the drive through. Threatened to call police if I did not leave the line. Policy should be posted if you can't use the coupon at drive through. They stated the reason was it took to long and backed up the line. When I am in line, I have no idea how long it will take, but I just plan on waiting my turn. Every single pharmacy person on duty was involved."
"I dont know why corporate won’t build them a larger higher capacity building or put two in this town. The pharmacy is worked like dogs, and they are overworked. So is everyone else in the building. They put self checkout in and now I never see an employee."
"Absolutely the best people, working hard in difficult circumstances while they are short handed. Olivia and Tyreece were so helpful. They both helped me save money on my expensive medication. They were patient and polite with every customer in line, taking time to answer questions. Everyone in the pharmacy was busy with customers and trying to answer the constantly ringing phone. Kudos to the entire department."
"CVS and the employees of the Granbury store are doing the best job they can do. Given the circumstances. We put our life's on the line everyday for all of you who are complaining. The pharmacy is under staffed. If you don't think we as employees know this we are the ones working the long hours to try and make the customers happy. If the government wasn't giving away so much free money with unemployment maybe some people would have to look for a job. Instead of complaining. Try to be compassionate. We are humans too. I love my CVS IN GRANBURY!!!"
