"I really did appreciate my experience there and bought a pair of inserts. I was having pain in both heals and I know I have high arches, but after 43 years, I still never found a good solution buying inserts in stores and searching online endlessly. The process of fitting was very straightforward and Don was a super nice guy and made me feel very comfortable. I bought a pair, and I could tell a difference already when I walked out of the store. I will likely buy one more pair eventually just so I don’t have to change them out when I switch between my every day shoes and going out shoes. "Awesome place! Same day insoles! I highly recommend Cooper’s. I suffer from plantar fasciitis in both feet and Morton’s neuroma. "What a terrific experience! It was delightful to work with such a knowledgeable, expert staff that was personable and customer service focused. I have had goofy feet all my life, flat footed, etc. and have worn custom orthotics from my podiatrist for 25 years. He referred me to Coopers.
