Reviews
"Cindy at the desk was demeaning and rude when I was trying to find out about an online order. I have shopped here for over 30 years but not anymore."
"Clothes are good quality, but sales staff is rude and dismissive, and frankly insulting."
"Very helpful staff, quality merchandise, great sales."
"Exceptional customer service. I was assisted the moment I walked in the door. The sales associate that helped me, Connie, knew their inventory inside & out. She took me directly to what I was looking for, helped me find my appropriate sizes and went above & beyond when they did not have the size I needed in the piece I needed most. Both Connie and the manager on duty were a pleasure to work with. I was short on time & my stress level was high, but these ladies made all the difference."
"My mother and I came in to find some new things for her wardrobe. We were promptly greeted in the regular's section, however when we approached petite's that was a different story. The sales associate could not be bothered to help us. When I asked for assistance with an item that was featured in the catalog, within a matter of seconds, she merely pointed where the item was located and that she only had two sizes left, and then left before I could ask her to order my mom's size. In the past, store associates have always helped us finding items that were out of stock in store. This time around things went a little differently. We found some other choices and asked if she could start a fitting room, once again, she was less than willing to help us. She just merely glanced up, and pointed where the rooms were located. We normally don't even have to ask, a sales associate offers assistance. My mother recently had a surgery that requieres me to assist her with changing, of course that was also an issue with this woman. Both of us were so bothered by how this woman made us feel that we just opted not to purchase anything this evening. I normally like to give store associates the benefit of the doubt. In many instances, they may be overstretched with work demands. However, this woman just stood at the cash wrap doing absolutely nothing. Other associates were working, I even saw one lady mopping the floors, while this woman just opted to wait out the last hour before closing. I gotta say, at a time where retail is struggling, this is why costumers can't be bothered with shopping in stores. Why come in, only to be glanced up and down, and treated poorly every time you ask for assistance. Our choice, from now on, is to go to the Dallas stores and look for amicable service because we know this can't be given here. Update: Spoke with the store manager Karen who was sympathetic with this situation. She took the time to hear out our complaint, and offered us a solution to make things right. We are so appreciative she has addressed this situation, and will seek no further action in this matter. Karen, thank you for making things right."
