"I went here for shoe recommendations as I am new into running and don't know anything about running shoes and insoles. I bought shoes and insoles based on their recommendations here. Fast forward a few months and I now have tendinitis on my left foot, the podiatrist says it is due to the shoes that were recommended! I went back to the store to ask for a refund and they denied my request.... the reason for my injury is based on the shoe recommendations here!!! Now I am in a medical boot for over a month! The lady at the store told me "we aren't doctors" and that is 100% correct... if you were planning on spending the money here, instead spend the few extra bucks for a podiatrist to get your shoes and save yourself an injury from the horrible recommendations here!! ‐---------------------------------------- The owner reached out and addressed my concern.
