"So it is my pic of the mushroom looking haircut. In fairness to the shop, this was from 2013. I’m sure the stylist has changed shops... or hopefully careers. I may have left a review which is probably obsolete as well. So laugh at the pic because I can’t figure out how to get rid of it, then ignore it. Now that it’s 8 years later, got to admit - it IS kind of funny. Best wishes to you and the shop."

"They don’t cut African American/ black hair. The texture is too rich for them and they don’t have the skills to suffice... I just wanted a simple edge up and that was even out of the ladies skill level... that’s lots of money you’re leaving on the table, but hey to each their own."

"I came from out of town and was on the lookout for a barber shop. At first I thought it was a standard barbershop but to my surprise it wasnt. I was met by a friendly Asian woman who took pride in cutting hair and it showed when she cut mine. I would definitely recommend here to anyone. I will be going back again in my time spent here in Houston. She's very friendly and gentle."
