"Doesn't look that great from the outside but when u go inside it's totally different. The atmosphere is just great. I went for the first time and it was just awful. It would of been super nice if one of the three barber's that were there to let me know they were not cutting hair so I didn't have to wait there for an hour. Just overall being courteous and understanding to there customers."

"The skill of the barbers is very good. However, mine used a razor that needed to be sharpened. Plus, it was too noisy with Netflix on the TVs and a stereo blasting music over that."

"I went early on a Saturday to get both my sons haircuts, both fades and the girl cut my older sons hair and the other younger skinnier guy cut my toddler's hair. All in all they did a good job considering the lady looked like she didn't want to be there and literally didn't have any good customer service skills. The guy on the other hand looked very interested in perfecting my son's haircut, but the fact that they charge $20 per fade was waaay too much. I won't be going back, but I gave a tip to the guy and not the girl."

"They are always making you wait. You can set an appointment for 6 pm and not sit in the chair till about 730 or 8. These people can cut hair and shave beards but not all of them. Travieso the owner is really good, but he is always booked and when you do get an appointment then expect that extra wait. Honestly its more of who you know here. So if you are new don't expect royal treatment. That's for the customers who always go, and you better know the barber. Or else your just gonna sit there looking dumb."
