"Never going to another Sport Clips anywhere thanks to Alma and the experience I got as her unfortunate client. I typically go to another Sport Clips but this is the last time I go to any or bring my kid."

"What’s up to check into the store from the app was seen immediately when we checked in. Was also able to add my son in as a haircut and he was seen basically right after it was a day after Christmas so I didn’t expect a very talkative conversation. The ladies were nice. The place was clean not a very large sports clips I gave this location four stars, because they didn’t offer do the MVP option. They just assumed that we wanted the cheaper version or they didn’t feel like doing the MVP. However, they are professional gave good haircuts and so I both give them a good tip."

"Checked in while in store. Once we checked it a person that had kids with the that had signed his kids in before us decided he wanted a hair cut too. So he signed in and it put him inline behind my son. I heard him try and move his name up the list by asking for someone’s online spot. Then the online person showed up. Leaving my son next and the Hispanic lady decided to take him first since his kids were waiting on him. What is the point of a list if they will pick in choose who goes next. What a joke. Expected to wait 30/45 mins on a sat with only 2 people working by to have to wait over an hour due to the picking and choosing who to do next regardless of when they signed in is flat unacceptable"

"As soon as I walked in the door and was greeted by the nicest person I've come in contact with all day , I said to myself "self you're in the right spot!" Not only were the women (after a long day of standing and cutting hair) eager to greet us and willing to patiently try and understand the style haircut my son was looking for (which might I add didn't look much different from the style he had that day as well as the complete summer break) she was able to convince him that being able to see someone's ears is what everyone is rocking nowadays ! I definitely recommend it to everyone!"

"I come here every now and then to get me and my son’s hair cuts. Up until now we had no issues but we went on 4/1/2023 and there were two lady’s that we never had before cutting hair. Me and my son had the two different ladies cut our hair. We noticed that there were several spots that looks like the ladies had put the razor to our head without the attachments causing bald spots. We’re probably not going to come to this location for awhile, if ever again."
