"There's this barber who failed to listen to simple instructions and I even showed him picture of thr kid of haircut I wanted but within a sec this guy messed up my hair and within 5 minutes he was done. People I met there who had been having their haircut 20 minutes before I started, he finished cutting my hair before they get done. Very poor service"

"Horrible customer service, as soon as you walk in no one greets you or ask if you have an appointment. Signed in and sat down, over an hour and a half wait and still nothing, staff didn’t even bother to check if there was someone available or letting me know there would be a long wait. They should really stop promoting “walk-ins welcomed” because clearly they aren’t. There was staff available and not busy who didn’t even bother to check on me, what’s the point of having a sign in sheet if the staff doesn’t even look at it or acknowledge you. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!! Do not even bother checking this place out, there are many other barber shops near the 290 and Hollister area that will give you better service and treat the customers with care. Worst part is this was the SECOND TIME I’ve been through this, decided to give them another shot and clearly they ruined it."

"Great place, great people! Have been going to this barber shop over 2 years now. Highly recommend Lil O (my barber) till this day I have not had any issues on my haircut or appointments made. Best to set an appointment with a barber ahead of time not the same day! So you don’t have to wait in lobby. Their work speaks for themselves. Check it out !!"
