"Pants are great use the black ones when I do security on the side and use the other ones for iron working since the amount of pockets it has I can hold the tools I need and how flexible they are haven’t worn work jeans since I started buying theses"

"Employee review - Employee 630 needs to be retrained on customer service. He missed everything: no greeting upon entering the store, and did not ask if he could help me find something. Then, when I asked a question, he provided a short answer. You are in customer service, try to be friendly and enjoy your job. 5.11 review - Great products."

"This was my first time in the store, and the associate was more than helpful! He answered all my questions, and let me take pictures of what I wanted to buy later. I also tried on some pants. There were belts that I had questions about, and he and another customer were very helpful in explaining how to use its Velcro attachments. I will definitely come back!"
