"Tried to call up to set up an appointment twice, but no one answered. When I showed up the front door of the building is locked and you have to call someone a beat you in. You have to scroll through names to find someone to call, but the name of the studio is not on the log. So I had to read through a few reviews to find the name of a barber who I then called only to be told that they only take appointments and would not take a walk in, even though I had called multiple times. Very hard to set up an appointment when they don’t answer the phone"
