"This was my 2nd haircut here. 1st one was ok, but I'm really upset with this time. The guy was just cutting my hair as soon as he can, I told him I want a shorter hair and he was just giving excuses that my hair can't be cut short. While checking out, their minimum tip is 20%. Ridiculous. Not going here anymore, Just go to the professional hair salon one block after. Much better."
