"Booked an appointment on their website with a barber that seemed to fit what my son wanted, paid for services and tip online. When my husband got there he was informed the barber was no longer working at the shop and hadn't been for a while. The staff was amazing and kind we ended up getting the contact information for the barber and my son got his hair cut elsewhere. I Have reached out to management twice to try to get my money back as the barber was no longer at the shop they refuse to answer my calls. I feel as though they left the barber on their website to scam people out of their money."
