"The attention to detail at this store is lacking a bit… one of my lug nut covers was missing and I had to drive all the way back to the store to get. Don’t get me wrong the service was quick and some of the managers/employees were nice and helpful, but I felt like the gentleman who ended up trying to sell me the tires was too pushy and was ignoring my concerns. Seems like he was trying to “take control of the sale” or something like that and it just wasn’t a very pleasant experience when I was trying to figure out which tires I needed/wanted… none the less I’m sure there has been better experiences here and as far as the service that was performed I haven’t had any issues. 3 stars."

"Right from while looking for tires for my motorhome I had a great experience. The associate Andrew met me at the door brought me to the service desk and set me up with six tires. Today I went in for the appointment. they mounted the six tires, quickly and professionally. They even found a slow leak in one of my rear duals . If you're in need of a tire(s) and want a very good price and professional work done on it, this is the shop for you to go too."

"This tire store is really good. Not all tires are available at the moment but shipping times are very short. Staff is friendly and eager to help, it seems they value customer time. The process seems to be very lean also. I recommend it for customer service and offered products. If my tires fail I will update this with the warranty process and after sales service. If not, it's just a good signal."

"I cannot believe the amazing service at discount tire. In fairness I’ve only ever received great service at any discount tire, but this location in particular is top notch! Came to get my tire fixed after I got a screw in it driving in from San Antonio. Team was quick, service was on point. Manager walked around handing out waters! Amazing!"
