"My son made an appointment with one of the barbers and the barber never showed up. There was no one in the facility and the door was locked. I drove 45 minutes (one way) for this appointment. There was no phone call to reschedule, nothing. A complete waste of my time and gas money. Very disappointing! We're a military family so we're searching for a new barber in San Antonio. The reviews and photos seemed promising, but at the end of the day this location lacks customer service etiquette. I don't recommend any military members or their family members to use this place. Definitely go somewhere else."
