"Customer service not the best from coming from the owners, secondly, I was quoted $199.00 for the dress my daughter picked for her prom, when if was time to pay, the dress ended up going $26.00 and we ended up paying $247.00, quite a different in the price. Very interested behavior, and unprofessional in many ways. No, my dear the $26.00 that was added was not for taxes but for the the price on the dress, and I would've had a problem paying the extra $26. If I would've been told that from the beginning. Either way no worries, I donated the dress to Mission of Arlington so someone else can use it."
