"I’m a veteran and have used their gear while deployed. I was excited to see under armor offers military discounts. When we made a purchase on line on several sale items. We went to apply our military discount. Under armor removed the sale price of the items and then gave our military discount. Our new subtotal then increased. They literally removed the sale price then applied military discount. Our new subtotal increased by 30%.. What a slap in the face. Veterans beware. Another company pandering for our business then sticking it to us."

"the store manager is extremely rude to his employees, and just extremely unprofessional in my opinion. flaunts around the store the few times i do see him with his "im your boss attitude" and it's extremely unacttravtive as a customer and just very immature. his demeanor with his employees is completely inappropriate and as a customer, it comes off as bullying. obviously i have no issues with the hardworking store team, and the supervisors.. but the store manager needs to be held accountable."

"The employees spent at least 20 minutes searching adamantly the entire store to help find shoes I wanted to purchase, and they also helped match outfits while I was Christmas shopping with my wife. Additionally, under Armour sports law enforcement, so I support them."

"Horrible customer service. My husband is a veteran so we wait to go until the veterans discount. He checked the website and the discount (which included factory stores) started 10/30. At purchase the store refused to honor the discount and said it didn’t apply to factory stores. Husband showed them where it did on the website and the staff said they couldn’t help. Husband asked if there was a manager or someone that could assist and got a response from the assistant manager of “we can’t give out personal info.” My husband paid full price (because my son had everything picked out and ready to go), and later spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service. Corporate customer service apologized and offered a refund. In the end it was made right, but the treatment from the staff at this location and inability to attempt to provide resources to assist was appalling."

"Poor customer service While browsing the store Monday morning, I over hear what i assume is the managers of the store talking about a young lady in a horrible manner, which left a bad taste in my mouth! I resume looking around the store, and again, the two wrap around the register, where the polite young lady is helping another customer check out, and proceed to discuss business, which should not be discussed in front of customers! The young lady looked upset, distraught, and confused. Management needs to do better. I hope that young lady is okay."
