"So where do I begin. Initially I was going to give them a 1 star. They messed up my hair. A haircut place has one job. After I went back they the older lady who barely spoke English tried to fix my hair. Eventually it got fixed it. They where very kind and nice and had great customer service. For the trouble they gave my money back. I honestly never been so stressed about my haircut and they seem like a good place so I might give it a try again."

There is a very slight language barrier if you do not speak Spanish, but it does not impede themail service or quality of the hair cut. It was a bit more time consuming than my normal, but the outcome was well worth it! I have gotten many haircuts in El Paso while here on business, but this is definitely the best one."
