"Just got the worse haircut ever. Must have been a newbie which is ok but unsupervised left to drown and I paid the price. Tried explaining twice and got no where. Not a lead or supervisor on sight to explain this to. Paid the barber and left. Going in late to work tomorrow to get it fixed elsewhere. You'd think there'd be someone walking the floor overseeing staff performance. Everyone finished their appointment and went on their merry way. The bar is pretty low in this aspect. Hard to trust anymore."

"The lady turned me away from the mirror for over an hour and did absolutely the opposite of everything I asked for. I asked for a high, razor/skin fade. It's barely above the ears. I specified said TWICE, "a very thin hard part." I got a crooked landing strip on the side of my head. She even took some long hair from the top and hacked it off moving the part higher. She also took way to much off the top so it doesn't comb over anymore without a significant amount of wax to hold it down. THEN, she proceeded to lean me back in the chair and started shaving my face (and charged me for it) which I didn't ask for either! I don't leave 1 star reviews unless the entire experience is a complete botch job which this was."
