"Very disappointing customer service. We made a reservation for our 2 yr old son. They took some other kid with similar name instead of our son at our appointment time. And then told us that you are 10mins late for the appointment so we can’t accommodate you. If 2 yr olds understood how to be punctual we wouldn’t need to go to a separate hair cut salon for kids."
