"My wife took my 8 year old son here for a haircut, the lady is unprofessional and doesn't know the work.. she is getting trained with customers to cut hair & did a horrible job of cutting my son's hair.. my son was so upset after the haircut.. this lady also forced my wife to get her facial done here, she insisted multiple times even after refusing & crossed her limits by calling my wife ugly without facial.. don't ever go to this place"

"Alisha is the worst person .she lies her price .and charge triple of what she offered .her facility was only breach for 50 dollars. And it was smelling ammonia .and burns my skin .she was rude too .I will never go back to her .and I well everybody that never go to her .I never seen such a bad customer service she asked 35 for hair color and charged me 120 .she forces me to do do facility and she did breach instead. Very Cuvery unsatisfied with what she did on my hair too her hair color don't even last for 2 weeks .never want to see her again"

"Alisha always does a good job in threading eyebrows HOWEVER her professionalism is lacking. She is very pushy trying to convince me to get other services done when I only came to get my eyebrows threaded. She also makes snarky/rude comments sometimes which can be annoying. I’ve been coming here since I was 17/18 and the only reason I come back to her because of the convenience of location and I like the way she does do my eyebrows. She needs to fix her attitude and her professionalism otherwise she’s on her way of losing a lot of customers."

"Very Disappointed. I had a previous 2 haircuts that I like it although is true she did not do what I asked, but was nice. I Made a mistake to comeback to trim and color for a 3rd time and I think that made her too comfortable to have someone who came back to often. Something happened about another client that she got so upset and completely lost focus. Color was uneven and had a terrible smell and bad quality, my skin had hair dye not properly washed and the cut was just awful that I have a hard time to believe I professional could do that. She did not listening to my request saying she misunderstood and she was moody. Besides her offer to be fixed, I would not comeback afraid to get worse because is bad and Too short to do anything. People need to learn to handle stress better and not lose focus messing up badly someone’s head and think saying sorry and offering whatever would be ok. Wouldn’t comeback. Note, reading other comments it is truth about pushing for other services. Although I think is just marketing it could be understood as annoying. I wish to have read all the comments before and I hope those comments improve and help to improve the service. Do not gamble with your hair. Will take months to be better now."
