I like to ask for Rizwana because she always does such a beautiful job, but all of the ladies who work there are incredibly skilled, friendly, and warm. From my experience, they genuinely strive to make their clients happy."

"I came a little over 2 weeks ago and received threading and tinting services. First time here but not new to the service. I was hesitant about writing a review but this should be a good learning experience. I gave this business 3 stars because they were very nice and made me feel comfortable and I was cute for a day while it lasted BUT they broke every TDLR rule before rendering semi permanent service (tinting). There was no allergy patch test, no consent forms, no questions, nothing. Which is a huge No No. This would have been a perfect situation for a newly salon to go down the drain over a small incident if I was “that client” long story short I ended up in the ER less than 48 hours due to a horrible allergic reaction to whatever dye that she used. Had to leave work due to one of my eyes was almost swollen shut. Right after the ER I went straight up there so they can see my face. The lady was apologetic and only gave me a refund because I asked for it. She took down my number and no one contacted me. I understand that this is a newly salon but you have to be able to cater to all clients you can just use one product for all. I’m a cosmetologist and not all shampoos, products etc does not suite every client that sits in your chair. Nowadays you have to invest in multiple products per your client concerns based off the consent FORM or consultation. Just be careful, pay attention and ask questions."
