"This location is really nice and has convenient parking. The cashier was a bit rude and really didn’t have the best customer service skills but that’s okay. I could not find a good assortment of Levi’s SHORT (short length) sized jeans, so did not leave with my intentions of clothing. It’s a nice store though!"

"Horrible quality in diamond jewelry. I purchased small diamond studs yesterday. They sale was 70%off. Regular $900, on sale for $249.00. Last night my husband noticed that one diamond was a bid smaller then the other and also cloudy looking. I have been trying to reach the jewelry department off and on for better then two hours and never an answer. I tried other departments and the phone will disconnect. Tomorrow I'm returning the diamond studs. My husband is questioning whether they are even diamonds, if they are they the poorest quality. That is why they can sell for 50, 60, 70% off. They are not even worse the discount price. They look shiny in the lighting display under the counter, once out of that lighting the shine is gone. Be careful you're not getting a good deal."

"Macy's has really gone downhill. I went to get some boots. There was no one to assist when I asked who I could get to assist. I was told to bring the shoes yo the register, and they would see if it was in stock as they were short staffed. I wear a narrow size, so I would have been pulling shoes all day to find what they had in stock. I went right across the parking lot to Dillard's and purchased my boots. Dillard's had great customer service and very clean."

"This place is nice on deals. Randomly setting up days with great prices that you can't even complain. Great customer service, the employees are great and very helpful. There's even a Starbucks inside which is great if you're just want to take a break before shopping more."

"This Macy's is like all other Macy's in that it is bright, spacious, and full of merchandise. There's plenty of staff around to assist and support shoppers. The displays are full but not overwhelmingly cluttered. The sales sections are prominent and easy to navigate to. We normally park on Macy's side as it's covered parking, a rarity here. Thus, we start and end our shopping experience at First Colony Mall with Macy's."
