"If I could post a 0 I would. I'm insured with Texas Farm Bureau for many years. They increased by 40 monthly so I was shopping. I HAD renters insurance with this Allstate Insurance Agent so they were my first call. Jessica took care of me via email last week for me to complete the paperwork..I told her I decided to stay with Texas Farm Bureau...she completed the application without my permission. Allstate took 133.00 from my account which is illegal and fraud. The bank charged me 25 to stop payment however Allstate was clever and used Allstate with some letters instead of Allstate Insurance. My bank Security Service Federal Credit Union had me come in yesterday to sign a dispute. They found my dispute valid and put the money back in my account. I will never refer family or friends. Every shade of wrong. She sent me a 25 dollar gift card. Big deal."
