"0 Star agency. I want to be clear on this. I believe this agency is owned by Doug Thompson and his wife. They do nothing but lie, They started an auto policy for me for the wrong vehicle! Every phone call to them was met with "We don't have your policy here, we never started it". On the main Allstate website (1800#) this agency is also listed as the policy creater of said policy. They never activated it! When my car broke down 2 months after 25+ hours of phone calls to them (where they constantly said they have no record of me) and the 1800#, I had no roadside assistance which was in my policy they created. The auto pay never went through either for the those 2 months, as the policy was not created correctly. They refused to fix it, activated my policy AFTER i informed them of not getting the roadside assistance and told them what the road side assit had told me the policy was never activated!, Also never getting insurance cards via mail/app/email! They then covered it up, reported me to a credit agency ahead of the letter i received last week. The 1800# escalated my case twice, where they were responsible to fix and deal with this. They never did. As soon as the second escalation went through (Friday Dec. 2nd 2022), they reported me to a collection agency on Monday Dec. 5th. THIS IS WHAT SCUM IS! Every word out of there mouths is poison and incompetant. I urge anyone that has had problems with this agency to file a BBB complaint, along with me. They only have negative reviews for the last 2 years, here and on other online review sites WOW! Severely mismanaged by a very stupid female claiming to be "the boss".......who talks like that? Unprofessional, idiots. Nationwide deals are't too bad right now, go there if you need insurance. Let the economy do its thing and swallow this trash pyramid scheme fake business. They will only steal your money."
