"Jon Patel has never called me, after I signed up and the cost of my insurance, started at $ 119. 00, and then it went to $ 278.00 and then I was informed that Texas has raised the rates and so Allstate my rate to $ 334.00 and I have tried to call Jon Patel to find the thy; he has never call me back, I insurance my house also and I finally got Allstate to send me my insurance card after it has been renewed over a month.
