"Horrible horrible experience as of lately. The girls they hire need more experience at what they're doing. It's been two times that I've renewed my insurance and before we finish I've asked them if that's all I need to pay. They've said yes look at computer and say yes. Next thing I get is a letter that my insurance has been cancelled because of non payment."

"If i could give this company negative stars i would. Where do i start? 1. As soon as they answer the phone they ask you can you please hold and they put you on a 10 to 15 min hold. 2. The staff is sooo rude and the moment you ask to speak to the manager they hang up on you!! 3. The manager is so rude and a smart azz!! 4. They dont even put road side assistance on your policy unless you ask but then they charge you for doing so smh. Wouldnt roadside assistance be the main reason for car insurance?? This company is just out for money and scaming people. 5. They dont even give you a copy of your policy. They just take pictures and send you on your way."

"The person that helped me and my family messed us up bad. I have been to this office twice to ask about changes. The lady gave me quotes to a cheaper plan for me my husband and my son. We came in a week later ready to change plans and supposedly save money. Which wasn't the case at all. We were never told to wait till our insurance renewel was up to make the change. After we put about 900 dollars deposit between the three of us.days later we find out we are being charged cancelation fees for terminating our insurance policy that we had early. Why weren't we told this. because they didn't know, was the explanation I was told. These people don't know what they are doing. Not knowledg of their job what so ever. During the process had to call the insurance agency several times because she forgot to add my husband as a driver and didn't know how to add him so I had to pay another fee after she figured out how to add him . Needless to say I am not happy with this place at all."
