"Very poor customer service or lack there of. Everytime I call I always get a recording, I leave a message, and I still never hear back as I am trying to take care of stuff with my policies. They can find good rates and occasionally I will talk to someone who is pleasant after calling several times in the course of a couple days. There has to be better companies available to go to then this company."
