"I wish I could have experienced what previous customer did, but I got my hair highlighted all over by Sandra. Color Looks GREAT, But I walked out of this salon looking like I got a wack job from HELL! I spent over $100.00, and walked away looking like this! I do not recommend this salon to anyone in the Cypress area! I hate to be that person, but this is not OK! Not sure how she received her certificate with a hair cut like this!"
