"My agent was extremely thorough and explained everything to me about the coverages on the auto, home, and life policies. I found out they can also offer other products such as jewelry and pet insurance. My agent followed up in a timely manner, and gave me all her contact information for future needs. They had several carriers to look at, and that helped me compare coverages at price I feel good about. I definitely recommend their services. Thank you Comparion Insurance for the personalized service and help protecting me and my family!"
"LINDY SMITH THE Adjuster That Works Their Didnt Investigate Hard Enough She Let A Drunk Driver Get Away & Left Me Hanging She Let A 54 Drunk Driver Get A Smooth Pass . Whats Crazy At First I Had Email Saying They Paying For My Damages Then She Gone Wait The Next Day Saying We Not Paying For The Damage That They Insured CAUSE THATS NOT RIGHT WRONG IS WRONG N RIGHT IS RIGHT"
"It's a decent insurance customer service after banking hours leaves something to be desired. But when it comes to doing what insurance is supposed to do they are great. Did not have to fight for fair market valuation when my wife's car was totaled."
"Our neighbor thought he might be able to help us out with our plumbing, but asked a friend of his to use his camera to look in our pipes. The guy ended up charging us $275, just to say there was a big clog that needs to be fixed, under the house, but that our insurance ( State Farm) WILL fix it. He seemed so Absolutely Positive, that I believed him; now I think he just didn't want any problems with giving me a large bill, while doing absolutely nothing. I also wonder a bit about my neighbor, at this point, who didn't seem to get any $ from this odd series of events, but who knows? I had asked if he did plumbing; but what he gave me was a guy with a camera, an expensive bill, & nothing else. He even declined finishing a bench ( although his mother is dying). I don't remember a single plumbing problem from my childhood, so I have no idea if what happened is normal. (My son-in-law is a plumber, but I don't want to bother him, as I know he is already busy with his own job, with a large company.) I was just wondering, after reading some of these reviews, & the personal responses of someone from Liberty Mutual ( very nice, by the way--- now I feel a little bad for saying how sick I am of the commercials--- which is what brought me to this site)---if the plumber who found the clog was right in saying that it WILL be covered by a homeowner's policy. He seemed so sure, & had absolutely no intention of doing the work himself. Was he just scamming me for $275, for 1-2 hours work in the evening, since he couldn't do any of the repairs, and even State Farm doesn't cover that type of repair ( the State Farm insurance representative acted like I was dumber than dirt, & confusing them with a homeowner's warrenty company); or is it, as the plumber said, something that is typically covered by insurance? I also thought it weird that he wrote that he charged me NOTHING, when he charged me $275. If you think this was a scam, could you forward this to the San Antonio police department? They are always extremely argumentative & aggressive (one exception), when I have had to contact them in the past, excluding a few calls to report people on the police payroll who were RUDE BEYOND BELIEF!!! ( Maybe the Liberty Mutual representative who has been commenting on people's reviews could moonlight as an advisor for improving public relations within the police department-- they need it!!!) This was my first review, which I ammended with the above, after reading Liberty Mutual's responses to the reviewers: I have no experience with Liberty Mutual as an insurance company. I am writing simply because I feel like if I see One More Liberty Mutual commercial I will THROW UP. I know, pretty sicko--- and this really isn't Lance, but I am TELLING Liberty Mutual--- I will NOT buy your insurance simply because I don't want you expanding with MORE commercials. ( We are actually looking for a new insurer for our home, too). Lemu Emu is fine, but ALL THE TIME?!!! And the Wet Teddy Bear version is just awful. That dumb wet teddy bear guy gets on my nerves. Why not showing us all the bad things that can happen to a boat? Or an old lady insuring her life for her dog? Still, I praise Liberty Mutual for not being like the Panda Express commercials, & So Many others, that are ALL ABOUT THE NOISE, which literally tortures me, thanks to the hypnotic treasures that San Antonio creates. So I praise you for no bad noises, & will tell people of your un-Satanic treatment of people in this City of Satan; BUT, can you give me a break for awhile? How about Boston Beer commercials? I've heard they had a few bad ones--- but maybe some of the good ones? Or how about Elon Musk inside his Tesla? Susan Sarandon promoting cows for third world countries? Cute kids in McD commercials--- the QUIET version, with mommy sleeping after a hard day's work?"
"Liberty Mutual customer support is non-existent. If your a current policy holder, there is no way to get in touch with anyone. When you finally find a customer service phone number, the automated response is on a loop telling you to speak to them via text conversation. The text “option” is non responsive and not a good format for my preference; this leads me to believe they are another company that outsourced is “customer service” to a third party foreign company that will be difficult to work with. This is review for someone just wanting to ask about adding an item to the policy and getting no response and the experience is so difficult. Can you imagine if a claim had to be made? I am definitely looking elsewhere as I would recommend others do the same. Good luck"
