"Was visiting from out of town, talked my wife and sister into going boot shopping with me. I was tired of the Boot Cities and Cavender's boots. I saw Freebird online and wanted to try a few pair on. I only wanted 1 pair, but left with 2. Jennifer was super nice as I tried on about 15 pairs of boots. I was specifically after leather sole boots as they are getting hard to find. I hope they last, but otherwise the entire experience was fantastic."

"Awful boots. Bought 2 pairs, took one back. Would’ve taken both back but I already wore them. They’re heavy as heck. You feel like you’ve got cinder blocks on your feet. They are extremely uncomfortable. But, they’re cheap, too. So, if you want inexpensive, poorly-made boots, this is your place."

"We went to purchase a set of Jackson boots during a visit to Fort Worth. We called to see if they had the size we wanted and the boots were placed on hold for us. We arrived, and were greeted, promptly. The boots fit a little small, and the staff members quickly grabbed us a larger size. The staff were incredibly professional, courteous and extremely bubbly; particularly Jennifer, who not only made the sale an absolute pleasure, but graciously provided us a ride to a nearby breakfast location (which she recommended).
