"Kind employees, not great nails though. Went here a week ago, visit was by appointment. Got my nails and toes done. The people were extremely kind, very friendly, and chatted with us the whole time. HOWEVER….my nails and other two friends nails came out awful. My acrylic nails were the white French tips. They are all different amounts of white, some nails were extremely crooked, and my cuticles weren’t trimmed/cleaned up before doing the nails so they looked awful. The very next day my hair was already snagging on the nail because the cuticles weren’t done. Great customer service, but unfortunately I won’t go back. The"

"I love this business and the people who work there! Brad always makes my hands look beautiful! And their pedicures are amazing. I usually get the signature pedicure with lavender. And I either get SNS or gel on my hands."

"My mom and I popped in for pedicures today. We saw their sign on the plaza marquee, but the door/store front doesn't have the establishment name on it anywhere. We were the only customers in the place. Overall it looked clean. The music was pleasant. The chairs are awesome! We both received their basic pedicure. Hers was done by a woman, mine was done by a man. The only real critique she had was, "I'm surprised they didn't offer us any water." Her toes look great! If the woman had done my pedicure, my overall rating would be MUCH higher. The man doing my pedicure was not wearing gloves. I'm not exactly a germophobe, but I was surprised he didn't, since the woman doing Mom's pedicure did wear them. I had a ton of old polish to remove from my toes, Mom did not. Her pedicure lasted a good 5 minutes longer than mine. When it came time to drain the tub, the man removed the drain plug and proceeded to pull all kinds of gunk from it and wipe it on the same towel my feet were resting on -- with his bear hands, that he did not wash before he continued on with my pedicure. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Finally, the polish job he did was terrible. He didn't use any base coat (the lady doing Mom's DID a base coat), and the color looks like a 5 year old did it (see pics). If you decide to get a pedicure here, be sure a woman does it for you."
