"This is the fourth time I have been to the salon and every time I've gone, unfortunately the service has declined. I watched the woman (Mary) whom aggressively removed my gel polish without first soaking in acetone, not put her nail tools into any sanitizer and back in her tool kit immediately after using on my hands. After telling her exactly what I wanted she tried to convince me I needed S&S twice and would not take no for an answer. Understand mistakes can happen. The fact that she didn't follow the proper process and soak my nails first then I may still have the nail that took three weeks to grow and am now concerned for the cleanliness of this establishment."

"I went in here for the first time this past Saturday! Ivy did my pedicure and my nails! If you go, definitely ask for Ivy. She was sweet and enjoyable to talk to… and she did a fabulous job! It is so hard to find a new nail technician, but I know that Ivy is my new go to! I gave 4 stars because the drink selection was not great and they were out of stuff for mimosas. Also, Monday- Thurs they have a happy hour with 10% off. I walked out with a full set of nails and the gel pedicure for under $100! I will definitely be back!"

"Can I give more than five stars? - Is it time for your Self-Care Saturday? Self-Care Sunday? Me-Time Monday? Treat-Yourself Tuesday? Wellness Wednesday? Feed-Your-soul Fridyay? And, Thursdays too. This is THE place to get your manicures, pedicures, and even waxings. Make an appointment or walk-in (I whole heartedly suggest making an appointment), and let yourself get pampered. Their services are very reasonably priced for the quality. And, it's the best quality in the area. They have this great delux manicure that inlcudesa a shoulder and neck rub. It is the best! Their pedicure options include a jelly pedicure. I'd never even heard of it before coming here. It was such interesting experience, and definitely woth getting again. The establishment is clean and cozy. Their staff get to know you as you return, and fulfill your services in a professional and friendly way. My only "issue," if you can even call it that is they don't have Diet Dr Pepper as one of their drink offerings. The wonderful service received is why I return every six to eight weeks. "Hands down the worst service!!! I am super disappointed. The service was super rushed. My friend and I both asked for the organic pedicure which includes a 20 minute massage and callous removal. I received neither of those services while my friend sitting right next to me did. I also asked for a design and was told the design person was busy. However, the person that came to do my design was sitting behind the counter the whole time. She also received a sns service which was done at the chair while getting her pedicure. The lady did not file underneath the nails therefore she was left with all the residue underneath. They are also inconsistent in color/shape. I asked for gel nails but after my friends services were completed they still had yet to begin my nails. Super disappointed my husband works out of town and this was my first break away from the kids in a month. I was looking forward to being pampered and received the exact opposite. It’s unfortunate that I will be going elsewhere tomorrow to receive the services I was really hoping to receive from this place. I will not be going back to this establishment I advise you to go elsewhere."
