"I came in to support my friend. My boyfriend and I were planning to get pedicures. I told them I have acrylic on my toes, needed them removed and to have gel french polish applied. After being seated, the tech proceeded to tell front desk that it was going to take a long time to remove the powder - as if it was an inconvenience to his schedule. He proceeded to drill the powder on my toes and ran the drill bit into my cuticles 4 times. Each time I was telling him OW, It hurts, he just ignored me and kept going. I decided to stop my service and was told “you shouldn’t act like that”. I’m sorry i refused service because I was being hurt. I’m not sure what “act like that” is implying. My partner is still getting a pedicure and we paid and tipped double. the amount of the pedicure. Wish the customer service was better. Tip: Hire more genuine employees that have integrity in their work. & do not sit across the salon gossiping about me when i can see and understand vietnamese."
"It was my first time at this salon, the lady spent 15 minutes on my nails. It’s been 2 weeks since I got them done and 3 of them came off and my nails had mold growing. They were poorly applied causing water to infiltrate them resulting with mold growing. I spent $50 on a set that didn’t even last me 3 weeks. They choose to apply them fast and not applying them correctly instead of taking their time and doing them correctly. They started lifting within the second week. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place unless you want mold growing on your nails."
"I came the first time to give this new place a shot cause it’s not very busy & was not super impressed with my nails but I’m always willing to give chances to newer shops. I was back a week & a half later with 3 broken acrylic nails. Ok no big deal, I’m a hairstylist I’m hard on my nails so I came to get them fixed. I didn’t mind paying for the fix, since it had been over a week. Came back for a fill & fix a 2-3 weeks later and ended up with another person. I’m really not a big complainer, but she stopped pretty often to text on her phone unapologetically. Like… long messages. My acrylics were a little lumpy, she left quite a bit of spill over inside the nail, iykyk - but mostly pretty decent, until we got to the gel. She wasn’t patient enough to let them fully cure before she was pulling them out for the next coat. So after 3 days I was back in with a broken nail & half of my gel polish off. The front staff was really understanding, great, kind & got the same girl back to fix my nails. As she went to apply new nail, the nail glue exploded on my finger…. And she left it there…. Filed off the glue on her own hands & left mine. She sloppily reapplied the acrylic, barely buffed it and started applying gel again. Again, not letting it cure fully. Then she applied clear top coat to ALL of my nails again… they were so thick. Immediately started chipping off an hour later. So here I am less than a week later - again - with all chipped/missing polish and an infected pinkie where she left the nail glue that spilled on. The front staff and honestly even the techs were pretty nice, I like to sit and read while I get my nails done, it’s a few quiet times I get sometimes. They have wonderful drinks, accommodating, the salon is gorgeous. They’re new, but they’re definitely trying and I wanted to give them a fair chance. But the consistency & work itself needs work. I’m gonna end up just going back over to my previous salon. I’m a hairstylist myself and although I hate reviews like these, I also know they can help my business see its problem areas. I hope they improve & grow!"
"I would appreciate if nail techs would freaking pay attention to what they’re doing and not looking off in other directions. I will not be coming back to this establishment. Sat for a simple refill and was mutilated with a drill. Immediately gathered my things and left."
"Okay so never go this place in the afternoon. I got a pedicure done Friday gel to be exact came back Tuesday because one of my nails chipped.I told the young man I need the nail fixed. He asked do I remember who did it I say no but if I seen her. I also stated hey I don’t mind paying for it to get redone. So he said okay just sit down it will be 20mins. I could see him talking to an older lady she already looked annoyed and irritated and didn’t want to do it. I sat for 25 minutes and he goes and asked her again I see her shaking her head no and he comes back and ask if I can come back tomorrow. Now my problem is the customer service from the older lady he was polite and trying his best but she just didn’t want to do it or have anyone else do it. My time was wasted because why not say that in the first place. If you don’t want to do nails don’t have a business. I would have came back the next day if he would have just said that in the first place before wasting my time. Before you asked it was nowhere near closing time. Will be putting this review everywhere I can because it could have been handle a lot better. I can not get my time back!"
