"Worst experience I’ve had with a hairstylist in my 12 years in the US. This was my first visit to this branch (my usual one had longer wait)- the stylist was impatient and was just trying to get my haircut done asap rather than styling my hair according to my preference - though I wanted a short hair, it ended up being too short - the stylist was also rude at the end trying to force me to choose between the tip options while paying on the card reader (they should not be interfering with the customer choosing a tip or even looking at the tip). Never coming here again !"

"Both my son and I have tried out this newly opened location in Hutto. It is very convenient for us and the staff is always friendly. I definitely recommend getting their app so you can make use of their "check-in online" option. Also worth noting that this location is as good as their Round Rock location on Route 79 and a LOT better than their location in Taylor."
