"I've used Great Clips for years and always been very happy with their service. This Great Clips in Hutto TX will never get my business again. I told them plainly how I wanted my hair when I first set down in the chair. I even reinforced it as she was cutting my hair. When she was finished and I told her that wasn't what I asked for she said I never told her that. She never fixed it like I wanted. I recommend if you go here write down how you want your hair done. Maybe they can read."
"I've been going since moving to Hutto. It used to be a good spot. My last few haircuts have been OK at best. This last one was the last straw. Left it too long on top, didn't trim the neckline at all and was SLOW. Add to that the fact that a $15 haircut us now $26??? And then they ask for a tip?? Nah, I'm done. Time to find an actual barber. If I'm paying those prices anyway I might as well get an actual haircut. Don't waste your money."
"Went on a Sunday and they were pretty busy however they had an enough staff to be very efficient so I got in and out in 15 minutes. Just got a trim but my stylist was very nice and talkative. Love this location."
"I know many people think of places like this a cheap - and yes, it may be a lower price tag than other places, but this place is great! I have never had a bad haircut here. I feel like the people who work here really do care about giving you a good haircut and not just treating you like a number. I take my kids here all the time too, and we've never come out disappointed."
