"Best Nail & Spa is a nice and pleasant spa Mrs Ruby always take me by the appointment in the early morning I very grateful she also does my daughter nails they are done so beautiful my daughter who told me about this spa I now have a place close to me I don’t have to drive to Pearland Mrs Ruby has shared with me she get up early morning to take care of her family so she can come and service her customers all the staff has greeted me with a smile. "Give this place 0 star's I would. The funny thing is, nothing was wrong with the way she did my nails, the lady herself was extremely rude. She got upset because I was asking her about different prices in case I wanted to come back. It was my first time there,first and last.Then when I didn't like a color she got so mad at me. She yelled at me and started calling me lady. And she started talking about how I'm always changing my mind when I was only asking her about her prices. Then when I pick a different color that was lighter, She yelled at the color was too light. I was so done I paid for the service because it was the right thing to do. But I will NEVER EVER return there. She will never have to worry about seeing me. I even apologize and offer to pay extra because she had to take the color off of one nail, and she was still being extremely rude. She told me her name was sushi will miss sushi. You don't have to worry about me anymore. Cause I'm not patronizing your business.."
