"I'm so glad I stumbled upon Thao (QT Artistry!) via Instagram. I had previously been going to a private lash salon for years and things started going downhill over time as they expanded and brought on more lash techs. My lashes went from having good retention to falling off rapidly after the fill appointments and the standard fill appointment was only 1 hour so they could be able to fit more clients back to back. My fills would be so rushed and I started noticing that they wouldnt fill all my lashes like they used to and also wouldnt remove the outgrowth from the previous 2 weeks. I didn't want to leave because I felt like I had been there for so long, but ultimately I needed to have better quality work. Thao has taken great care of my lashes and she takes her time during the appointment. Her fills will not be the standard 45 min/1 hour that you get at other salons and you may taking an additional 30 minute lash nap but it's for the sake of leaving with a great lash fill every time. Even when I show up during my lash shedding phase, she's able to blend the set well to try and cover up my sparse areas. I can see that she genuinely cares about her clients lash health and doing her best work possible. She controls for the humidity in the room (very important for the lash glue) and even washes your lashes prior with lash shampoo to ensure that any excess oils/dirt are removed prior to filling. Please do yourself a favor and book your next lash service with Thao- you won't regret it :)"
