"I am so disappointed with my experience with this nail shop. Originally I wanted a dipped manicure, but she convinced me to get tips. So, I did, but what I didn’t know is that it would turn out this way. What shocked me first was how big of a brush she used. It was the biggest one I’ve ever seen. Nail techs normally use 12, 14 or 16. She must’ve had a size 30. I thought once she finished the application, the nail filing and stuff would smoothed it out. She didn’t even do a good job with filing them. It’s all big and messy. I’m just so disappointed. Never again. Not to mention I said square, not square round."

"My nails are absolutely beautiful! My technician spent so much time making sure they are perfect and I love it! This is a rare find that someone takes their time and cares! I have 4 stars because the inside is hot, dirty and they’re playing a Vietnamese soap opera. I wouldn’t come for a pedicure for this reason, but I’ll come for shellac every time!"

"Why are all the best places not in my state?! I am not from Texas.. came in with a TERRIBLE set that I just got done back home in NC. Did some research around the office I was working at and this had the best photos for shape and design… LET ME TELL YOU! The woman who works here is….. AMAZING. She was patient and gentle and very detailed. She didn’t give me an attitude when I asked her to fix my nails which is for some reason who rare in this industry.. she wiped my nail 6 times to get the exact match and design I wanted.. i mean *chef kiss* 10/10. Wish I could always come here. I love my Valentine’s Day nail set!! THANK YOU for the amazing service!!!!"
