"I went to Josephine’s with high expectations since the reviews have been so great. I left feeling pretty bad and hating my hair cut. With my hair being super long and close to my butt with long layers, I knew I had some damage and split ends so I asked to keep as much length as possible and to just cut enough to remove the split ends and that I wanted to keep the same style. I told them that I wanted to keep my hair as long as possible but that I wanted it to be as healthy as can be. I’ve had short hair before and have hated it. As seen in the pictures, my hair is significantly shorter. I spent all of yesterday hating my hair and hoped that I would feel differently in the morning and I did not. They also used super high heat on the hair dryer to the point where I felt like my scalp was burning off. This was after I was told to stop putting so much heat on my hair when I said I curled it twice a week. I do not think I will ever go here ever again as I asked for a trim and got around 8 inches cut off."
