"Worst front desk. Location customer service has decreased majorly and they don't follow in procedures. My professional water Crystal is the best. Only reason I still go. I suspect the problem is mgr training and lack of front desk candidates that care about the business. If u need good customer do not go here."

She was very careful with me and explained the entire process. She is fast and very good at what she does. She really cares and will not disappoint."

The small talk is just right, not too much or too little. She tells me the truth and tips on care before and after wax. I appreciate her answering all my questions."

"Destiny is the best specialist I have been to. She is friendly, kind and very cordial. She makes you feel very safe and comfortable in her space. Her bedside manner is outstanding and I honestly would not change a thing. Her work is pristine, as she makes sure you are well taken care of during the appointment. She also provides great information with how to care before and after every wax appointment. If it's your first time or transferring from another location, I would choose her, no doubt. ☺️"
