"I saw Jerry for the second time because I wanted to give him another chance since first time he did a poor job. Again he ruined my hair with a toner and my hair turned gray with three different color. He told me it’s looks great and I don’t like it. He thinks people are stupid. Don’t trust him because he is friendly doesn’t mean he’s professional. His skill is not updated and he doesn’t know color and haircut. It was an awful experience and felt so sad and angry. Run away from him."
