"No Show I made an appointment the day before for 10:30 a.m. I got a reminder text and a note about notifying of any need to cancel. I arrived at 10:05, prepared to wait since I got there so early. Lucy called me at 10:22 asking if I was still coming. I told her I was already there. She said she was going to get breakfast, asked if I wanted anything. I told her no. 30 minutes later, still no Lucy. I left. She was so concerned with whether or not "I" was going to show up, but then was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Unacceptable."

"Lucy is one of a very few hair specialists that offer hair botox in Houston! She only works by appointment.. She did great work with my hair. She also takes time to explain the differences between all the hair straightening and conditioning options out there. I was pretty sure I wanted this treatment and she made it clear that although my hair would be much straighter when I left the salon, the primary purpose of this treatment is to reduce frizz, increase shine and rehydrate my hair. I can live with that and it's what I was looking for anyway. I am posting before and after pics from when I entered and left the salon.. I'll try & remember to post pics after the 48-72 hr period when I can wash my hair and see the real world changes!!!"
