"I really like the way John did my nails. However, I booked an appointment to come in at 4:30 pm after work. I walked inside at 4:17 pm. He was with a client. I wasn't bothered because my appointment was at 4:30 pm. I waited patiently my turn, but come 4:50 pm he's still with the client filing her nails and haven't started the polish. The customer service isn't great. I would say if you have plans don't go there because appointments are not their priority, they prefer walk ins."

"We had a hard time understanding the techs. They kept asking odd questions about our personal lives. My gf wanted a trans theme in support of her trans son. We showed her a picture of what we wanted and they still didn't get it right. This is not the trans flag. They still charged us for the extra fee of the f-up"
