Btw, I called at the last minute to get in with my spouse, sister and her husband. They all were very accommodating. Thanks y’all!"

"Very disappointed ☹️ today. I've used this place of business several times in the past and was always satisfied, but for some reason when I walked in with a guest and spoke, we were never acknowledged. However, two other ladies entered the business and was immediately greeted and asked what services they needed. I then stood walked over to Lee Lee and David who were working on one client and stated what service we were requesting and after already sitting there 15 minutes, she stated it would be another 20 minute wait. I don't think So. I left and took my $$ elsewhere and was immediately greeted and $erviced."

"LADIES please please please stay away from this establishment!!!!!! So many things went wrong during my 1st visit. I went on 1/30/2022. For starters upon entry I wasn’t greeted AT ALL. No “hey how are ya today?” no NOTHING. A skinny manicurist with long black hair sat in one of the pedicure chairs and didn’t even acknowledge me. A short older lady greeted me and told me which pedicure chair to sit in. There were old fingernail clippings from whoever was previously around in the chair. Not to mention the foul odor circulating from the restroom throughout the place. It was disgusting!! On top of the fact that during my pedicure the lady cut me and didn’t apologize!!! She cut me multiple times as well when she was cleaning my cuticles. It was Sunday so I didn’t complain since it was already too late in the day to look for another shop. I also got a full set french tip on my hands as well. Once I was done with everything and asked for my total they STILL tried to charge me full price even after cutting me. EVEN still no apology was given. I told them to adjust my total or I wouldn’t be paying for anything. They took $10 off of a $60 tab. If they really cared they would’ve offered me a discounted price instead of me having to initiate it. After I paid, the lady who greeted me and did my pedicure came up to me while I was on the phone, tapped my shoulder, and lied to my face and told me that she didn’t cut me. She also tried to tell me that she didn’t speak English when she is the one who directed me to which pedi chair to sit in when I arrived !!!! I gave her a piece of my mind in front of the other customers and I left !! She had no idea that I had taken any pics or videos of the incident so I’m sure this review should be a pleasant surprise :) LADIES PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS SHOP !!!!!!!! THEY ARE RUDE AND LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERELY!!!!!!!"
