"this past Friday New Year's eve the owner gave me the worse hair cut! I asked her to please trim my split ends simple hair cut right? I specifically told her I don't want layers. I been growing m hair in 1 length for the past 3.... she gave me layers! WHY?????! OMG I was so upset when I left the shop. I been wearing my hair in ponytails ever since."

"I’ve been coming to this salon for 20 years. My whole family has sat in those hairstylist chairs. Today unfortunately, worst customer service ever provided by THE OWNER! Because some other person (not a client) stole her parking spot and I wasn’t gonna wait around for her to figure out situation. I simply took the next spot available due to I had appointment booked at 4pm. As I exit my vehicle the owner comes out of her salon and begins to insult me. That I’m not a gentlemen and what kinda low class man I am. Mind you the reason for me being there was to get my kid a haircut and this is how I am treated by the owner. I am very upset about her customer service and will not return to her. On a lighter foot note my kid loved her haircut and Sofia was kind and knowledgeable. We will appreciate her talent! (Five -stars for Sofia!)"

"My personal experience was good overall. I had Sophia cut my hair which she was very sweet and also very attentive, in the look I was going for. I requested a long bob and that's exactly what I got. I am satisfied with the service and the price was decent $20 you cant beat that. Yes I would recommend you to visit this place."
