"I’ve been twice and took my daughter with me the second time. Service has always been quick and my hair is always super straight. The only complaint is I wanted my ends cut and both times I feel like they could have been trimmed better but it wasn’t a deal breaker. I’ll keep going back since I have no other concerns and hope it stays that way because I have had such a hard time finding a salon. Will post before and after pictures next time."

"I went here before new years for a wash and set. I just wanted my hair straight for once, I’m fully natural. During the blow dry she put in some heat protectant, only a little bit and all over instead of in sections. My hair is super thick, I didn’t think it was enough so during the straightening process I asked her to put more, she refused and said what she put was enough. Fast forward to now and my hair is falling out, breaking off like crazy. I washed my hair twice and did deep condition, and my curls won’t come back like before. I have stringy hair now, I can clearly see the heat damage. I’ve blown my hair out lots of times for months and I put heat protectant in every section before I put heat. My hair has never had damage until I went to a “professional” never again. Now I have to cut most of my hair off and I’m trying to grow it."
