"First off. The wait is awful. 2nd The clippers are not sanitized in between costumers . 3rd They move so fast they actually dont give you the hair cut you want, because they worry about the next person. And finally, I'll say they are bad, really bad with kids. In my personal experience recently, she was cutting my sons hair and was pulling on my son hair. She Criticize his hair calling it nappy hair and kept holding his head in a strong way. My son has special needs. When I confront her she said. If you don't like it don't come back. So her attitude was aggressive. I'll just leave this experience here."

"So the lady was super nice and she suggested I get a haircut and I was hesitant about it because I had a bad experience before so I decided to give her a shot. I was really wrong. She messed up my hair. She cut too much even the front where I wanted to cry. She kept laughing telling me how beautiful I looked but I was embarrassed even the guys was feeling sorry for me. Never going there again. Now the front looks weird since I have wavy hair and now I have to wear a hat.and before you say that she didn’t know that to cut my hair a little bit. Yes she did. She understood every word I said and she confirmed it. So please don’t say that and don’t say that she’s an old lady to make me look bad. And I don’t want y’all to fix it. I’m not going back."
