"First time customer. The place was nice and the tech was kind but I wouldn’t come back. I’ve been getting my lash lift and brow lamination for a long while now. The brows came out fine but the lashes were alright. I had kinks obviously from previous lash lift 8 weeks ago, so some lashes were curving in different directions or just straight. The end result looked kind of messy. The hairs weren’t all curving the same way. I can tell the tech wasn’t too experienced with how to fix the kinks if the customer is a consistent lash lift user. She blamed it on the previous lash lift to justify why this round didn’t look perfect when I asked why the end result looked like that. Also, this was the first time ever in my life a tech told me I should try to use a grow serum. Haha my lashes are super long (I get compliments on them all the time) and thick so why in the world would I bother to try something I do not need. I just brushed that recommendation right off haha For a total of $232 before tip, I’ll try somewhere else next time. :)"

"I scheduled it for me and a friend as a gift for her. I called and said I’d be late because of the traffic jam. When we arrived, they said there was no more time to do the services and charged $112 for the lash lift cancellation policy. So I decided to do just my brow threading and have to pay more than $12( that I paid before when scheduled). Unfortunately, my friend was waiting for me at reception, and the front desk girls were laughing at us and saying xenophobic things. They think my friend doesn't understand English... I live super close and always recommend the studio to my neighbors. Also, I brought a friend to the gifted her. Now she doesn't have more $ available on her gift card and doesn't want to come back ever again. It's a very embarrassing and sad situation."
