"I had a $40 voucher which expired and they would not honor it. The law is on their side and they don’t have to honor it. However I am disappointed that they made no attempt at goodwill to accommodate a loyal client of many years. That cost them my business, my wife’s business my mother in laws business into perpetuity. I hope the owner is good at math and the time value of money, because it is a boatload more than $40."

"Worst experience here as a last minute resort. My nail tech didn’t completely soak off the acrylic I had on my natural nails and she was going to start applying the new acrylic until I told her she hadn’t soaked everything off. She tried ripping off the rest when I asked her not to and ended up breaking my nail that I have been trying to grow and get healthy again. After she did that I told her to SOAK OFF to prevent her breaking more nails and she walked off with an attitude saying “OKAY ILL GO GET THE LIQUID TO SOAK OFF” I ended up needing to get a nail tip on the nail she broke. The shellac looks like a little kid painted my nails. I wasn’t allowed to use massage settings on chair “due to it moving too much” my mother went with me and they hurt her toes making her bleed. They’re too rough with you here. For both pedicure and my full set I spend over $220 which is outrageous for this hideous work done here. I will never return or recommend to anyone"

"We just so happened to be around the area and desperately needed a full set and pedicure so we decided to stop here instead of driving to our usual nail salon…. Let’s just say worst decision ever. There’s nothing royalty about this nail salon. I asked for almond shaped nails and as you can see on the pictures every nail is shaped differently, either too round or too pointy for almond shape. Oh and I got a shellac nail polish for my toes/pedicure…why am I still seeing the color of my nail bed?? Because they didn’t do enough coats! I paid $109 plus tip $119 for both of these horrible done fullset and pedicure. Where I normally go I pay $70-$80 for both and the work is done amazing. They don’t offer complimentary water or beverages like other nail salons do.. we spent over an hour there and walked out thirsty.. you’d expect for the prices they charge they would at-least offer water bottles. They don’t let you use the massage settings on the chair because “it moves too much” while doing your nails… never have I heard that from any other nail salon ! Ridiculous ! Why have those chairs if you’re going to ask your customers to turn it off! My mom got a fullset but needed to get the acrylic she had on removed. They were “soaked off” and when the nail tech was about to start applying the new acrylic my mom noticed that she didn’t completely soak off the old acrylic and when she told the tech, the tech was trying to rip it off and ended up breaking my moms nail when she specially asked to be soaked off to prevent nail breakage! So she ended up having to put a tip on that one specific nail. She has been trying to grow her nails and make them healthy again, just to get one of them broken by the tech trying to do lazy work. I don’t see how this place is over 4 stars.. I wouldn’t come here again nor recommend it to anyone."

"I have been a regular customer for several years and have had very good experiences with manicures and pedicures. Shoulder massages with a manicure are worth it. Appointments or walk-ins (time permitting) are welcome. Really kind staff, and good at what they do. I thought it was about time I gave a public review. Thank you very much!"

"This place is wonderful! They always provide amazing service and I leave feeling pampered. Today I brought my 10-month-old and he was not having it. The staff consoled him and carried him around while I got my pedicure. Thank you so much!"
